Let us know if you would like to order a whole or half pig.  You save a little money but mostly get to have it cut according to your specifications.

20 lb boxes of porkWe will have 20 lb boxes of assorted pork cuts.  Check back as these change from time to time.   The assortment will usually include pork chops, sausage and bacon and occasionally a roast.
